Robertson County Association champions
Greenbrier’s six wins came against five Robertson County communities: Cedar Hill twice, plus Cross Plains, Adams, Orlinda and Barren Plains. In those victories the Bobcats averaged 32.5 points and allowed 4.5.
The season’s only losses came against Coopertown, both by shutout, 24–0 and 20–0—a combined 0–44. Every other listed opponent lost, and three failed to score at all.
The closing stretch carried the season’s biggest numbers: 53–8 over Cedar Hill and 43–0 over Barren Plains before the second Coopertown loss. The master list labels the team Robertson County Association Champions; this page uses that exact scope rather than enlarging it into a different title.

Identity, championship and wartime change
The 1939–45 chapter links the post-perfect-season run, the student vote that created the Bobcat identity, the 1941 county title and the wartime contraction without forcing missing scores into the story.
