Email info@votclive.com and tell us what phone you're using. In the app, MORE › HELP AND CONTACT › REPORT A PROBLEM WITH THE APP fills in the details for you.
Alerts not showing up?
In the app, open MORE › ALERT SETTINGS and make sure alerts are on for your teams. Then check that notifications are allowed for VOTC Live in your phone's Settings.
LISTEN not playing?
The stream only runs during VOTC broadcasts, starting at pregame. If a broadcast is on and it still won't play, switch between Wi-Fi and cellular and try again.
Text too small or too big?
MORE › TEXT SIZE AND DISPLAY.
