A photographed team, but no recovered score
The all-time score list prints no opponent or result beneath 1936. Unlike a pure blank, however, the local-history record includes a football image labeled for the 1935–36 school year.
Its caption names Thomas Weaver, Woodrow Justice, Willard Parker, Hugh Edward Fisher and Bill Williams. Because a school-year label can span two calendar years, the image supports the existence of the 1935–36 team without proving a separate fall 1936 game or schedule.
This page therefore holds two truths at once: Greenbrier football is visibly present in the school-year record, and the 1936 score file remains empty.
