Surviving football record

Perfect—and conference champions

10–0

The perfect season survived its closest test early: a 14–13 win over Jo Byrns in the third listed game. Every result after that was decided by double digits, and no opponent all year scored more than 13.

Nine of ten opponents were held to seven points or fewer. Greenbrier posted shutouts of Jackson County, White Bluff and East Robertson, and the final five wins combined to 140–19. The average final was 23.1–5.1.

Ashland City appears twice. Greenbrier won 19–6 in the eighth entry and 25–6 in the tenth, a 44–12 combined sweep. The score list marks the rematch “LCVC Playoff Game” and labels Greenbrier Lower Cumberland Valley Conference Champions.
