Surviving football record

The schedule stretches outward

3–7

The first ten-entry season in this postwar era reached beyond the familiar Robertson County circle. The score list includes Upperman at Baxter, Gordonsville and Trigg County, Kentucky, alongside White House, Charlotte and other recurring opponents.

Greenbrier’s three wins—Smyrna 19–13, White House 13–0 and East Robertson 18–0—combined to 50–13. Two were shutouts, and the Smyrna opener was the only victory in which the opponent scored.

The seven losses combined to 13–169, with Greenbrier held scoreless five times. The entire season closed at 63–182, making the contrast between the three wins and seven losses the central statistical story.
