Give us enough to check.
A correction is reviewed against the best available official or original source. Material changes are made in the canonical record rather than quietly buried.

The submission is checked against approved school, team, TSSAA, archival, or original-source material.

When evidence changes a material fact, the permanent page is updated and the correction remains visible.
