A record table preserved in the book

The Village Green prints eleven basketball records on Volume II, page 285. They belong to the book’s historical record, rather than a verified ranking of today’s school records. The table below keeps all entries, including a date that requires further checking.

Read the original

Original eleven-row basketball statistical record table from The Village Green
The Village Green, Volume II, printed p. 285 (combined PDF p. 411). Original scan inspected; the table is reproduced without correcting its entries.

What still needs checking

The table prints 1996 beside Tommy Cannady’s rebound average. His Hall biography identifies him as a 1966 graduate. The year is retained as printed and flagged for verification; it is not silently changed to 1966.

“School Record” is the book’s label for the 110 entry against White House. The percentage and average categories do not explicitly define every denominator or season scope. Complete scorebooks and dated record lists can resolve those details.

Butch Savage’s 689-point season also appears in his Hall biography. The book supplies 1968 as its year, while the Hall adds his career total.
