From Greenbrier to the next level
Gabe Matherley carried his Greenbrier connection onto the college golf course at Freed-Hardeman. At the Missouri Baptist Spring Invitational in April 2024, he shot rounds of 74 and 78 for a 152 total, tying for seventh overall. Playing as an individual entrant, he posted the best finish among the tournament’s individual entrants—a college golf story to add to the Bobcat collection.
